| 25 Feb—What better way to get your heart beating and your blood pumping than to get on your feet and dance! Benefis Spirit of Women program is proud to bring this fun, national event to our community again this year. Along with Benefis Heart and Vascular Institute, we want to inspire women and their families and friends toward better overall health by providing this mood-lifting, toe-tapping, heart-thumping affair. Be entertained and educated with interactive dancing (including Zumba), nutritional information, healthcare screenings, presentations and more. |
